Complaint Procedures

- Written Complaint: If the issue remains unresolved, submit a written complaint to Jenkins Law, LLC at PO Box 891, Lancaster, SC 29721.
- Review Process: We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within [3] business days and conduct a thorough review.
- Resolution: We aim to resolve all complaints within [7] days and will communicate the outcome to you in writing.
